Before You Apply

If you’ve fallen in love with a Clover’s Cat Club cat or kitten, here’s your chance to see if you could be their match! Please thoroughly read the following information about adopting a Clover’s cat or kitten before applying.

  • Clover’s Cat Club is located in Bloomington, Illinois. We prioritize adoptions to people within our community and surrounding areas but will always consider placement to the right home that is within a single day’s drive.
  • Please do not apply on a whim! Out of consideration for the time and energy of our small adoptions team, we ask that you apply only when certain that you are ready and able to adopt.
  • Must be 18+ to apply.
  • Kittens often do best when they have a friend! Clover’s Cat Club always prioritizes placing kittens in homes as pairs or in a home that already has at least one cat. This does not mean we won’t adopt a single kitten to you. But if you are considering adopting two, this is your sign to do it!
  • All Clover’s Cat Club cats and kittens come with health records and are dewormed, have received age-appropriate vaccinations, are spayed or neutered, and have been microchipped.

The Process

  • Fill out an application, noting the name of the cat(s) you’re interested in.
  • One of our team members will reach out to discuss the adoption process and rightness of fit.
  • Once a match is made, adopters will be asked to place a hold on the cat or kitten through signing our adoption agreement and paying the adoption fee. The whole process is very easy and can be done from your smartphone or computer.
  • We will set up a time with you to pick up your new family member! Please be sure to bring a secure cat carrier with you for the adoption.
  • All medical records will be emailed to you. Easy Peasy!
